Small Plane, Rain, and Dense Gray Clouds Make for Bumpy Travel

I’ve been itching to post photos of a flight from Bradley Airport to Newark Airport on our way back home to San Francisco during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Not the best weather for air travel but certainly not the worst. I wasn’t looking forward to the bumpy ride in the small commuter jet. Despite the gloom, the simple beauty of the raindrops on the terminal window, and the soft appearance of the dense gray clouds caught my attention. I couldn’t resist capturing these moments waiting at the terminal, taking off, and landing, while making our way home.

When flying on days like this, it feels so good to land, and once again, be on solid ground.

Wishing you safe and happy travels.

This post was inspired by the WordPress Photo Challenge: Dense. I’d say this post also fits the bill for Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge.
