Hi Janis, Thank you! This image was taken with a cell phone and edited on an iPad. I used the Snapseed app to do a double exposure of the tree image and a colorful abstract image I had created using the Rollworld app. You can get a painterly effect using the Brushstroke app, as well as, other apps available for mobile devices and tablets. I also use Adobe Lightroom and the TouchRetouch apps on iPhone/iPad. While not necessary, I do final edits and image sizing using Lightroom on my PC. Creating images like this one requires lots of trial and error combining images. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. I’m always thrilled when I get a good outcome.

Wow, thanks! I don’t have Lightroom on my desktop (I use Luminar) but I do have several editing apps on my phone and iPad. You have inspired me to experiment more.
I also use Luminar. Will be getting Luminar AI when released in December. Have fun experimenting with your photos!
