Waiting for “The Shining” September 6, 2017September 9, 2018 by notetotraveler An eerie calm before the storm at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California. Reply Yes, the similarity is remarkable and the Hayes Mansion is also rumored to be haunted but not as haunted as the Stanley Hotel. Spooky. 🙂 Reply Pingback: WPC: Waiting | Lillie-Put That’s quite a place! But it does look a bit ominous in that light. janet Reply Thanks, Janet. The hotel definitely looked creepy that day!
